Do you support full OEM and ODM customization?

Yes. We can modify dimensions, foam densities, aesthetics, and motor configurations based on your CAD drawings, 3D renderings, or samples.

Can we use our own proprietary fabric/leather (COM)?

Absolutely. We routinely accept Customer’s Own Material (COM) from designated textile suppliers and integrate it into our production.

Can we specify premium motor brands like DewertOkin, Linak, HDM or KD?

Yes. We can source and integrate specified global actuator brands to match your existing regional service networks.

Do you outsource your steel frames or wood chassis?

No. We own our dedicated Steel Mechanism Factory and Precision Woodworking Lines. 100% of the core structural components are produced in-house.

Do you offer regional market exclusivity for custom designs?

Yes. We sign strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and grant market exclusivity based on mutually agreed annual volume commitments.

What is your exact inspection workflow for bulk orders?

We enforce a strict 100% inspection policy. This means 100% testing on all semi-finished chassis and 100% functional cycling on all finished products before packing.

What is your average manufacturing defect or claim rate?

Our historical manufacturing defect and post-sale claim rate is strictly managed below 0.5%.

Do you allow third-party inspection firms at your facility?

Yes, we welcome third-party inspectors (SGS, TÜV, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) appointed by our clients for pre-shipment verification.

Are your electronic components globally certified?

Yes. All linear actuators, control boxes, and hand pendants carry valid UL, CE, SAA, or KC certifications matching your destination market.

Do your textiles and foam meet local fire-retardant laws?

Yes. We provide materials fully compliant with UK BS5852 and US CA117-2013 flammability and chemical safety regulations.

Do you provide a factory warranty? How do we claim it?

Our warranty policy: 3 years for the full seating, 5 years for the motors, and 10 years for the steel frame.We ship replacement parts via express air freight based on video/photo evidence.

What is the mechanical difference between 1-motor and 2-motor lift chairs?

1-Motor features synchronized backrest and footrest movement. 2-Motor allows completely independent control of backrest tilt and footrest extension.

What functions do your 3, 4, and 5-motor configurations add?

They add independent, motorized adjustments for Power Lumbar Support, Articulated Headrests, and Zero-Gravity/Tilt-in-Space clinical posture controls.

What are your standard and heavy-duty weight capacities?

We offer four standard load brackets: 110 kg (242 lbs), 150 kg (330 lbs), 180 kg (396 lbs), and bariatric models supporting up to 250 kg (550 lbs).

Do you manufacture extreme-bariatric lift chairs?

Yes. We are currently finalizing rigorous mechanical cycle-testing on our extreme-bariatric lift mechanism rated for 350 kg (771 lbs).

What standard is implemented on your Recliners lines?

Our Recliners are engineered on the exact same heavy-duty assembly lines and strict structural testing standards as medical-grade Lift Chairs.

Do you offer backup battery systems for power outages?

Yes. All our power lift chairs can be equipped with emergency battery backup compartments or rechargeable Lithium-ion battery packs.

What is your standard production lead time?

Our standard production lead time for a 40HQ container is 35 to 45 days.

What is your turnaround time for prototype samples?

2 to 3 weeks, including full engineering evaluation, material sourcing, and pre-shipment quality verification.

What are your standard international payment terms?

Our standard B2B international payment structure is a 30% T/T advance deposit to initiate production, and 70% balance paid against the Bill of Lading (B/L).

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 1x40HQ container. For new product launches, we allow a mix of 2-3 models or motor configurations per container.

Can I order a sample to test the market before placing a container order?

Yes. We support paid sample orders for genuine corporate buyers, and the sample cost differential can be credited back upon your first 40HQ order.

How long do you maintain price stability against currency fluctuation?

Our commercial quotes are typically locked and valid for 60-90 days, protecting your procurement planning against sudden raw material or currency shifts.

How do you optimize packaging to reduce ocean freight costs?

All units feature a Knock-Down (K/D) backrest design, reducing individual carton volume by up to 30% to maximize container yield.

What export packaging standards do you use?

We use high-gram, double-wall, 5-layer corrugated export cartons. Vulnerable edges, mechanisms, and electronics are entirely encased in custom-molded EPE foam shielding.

Do you provide drop-shipping or mail-order packaging (ISTA standards)?

Yes. We can reinforce packaging to meet ISTA-3A/6A mail-order drop-test standards for e-commerce clients selling via Amazon or Wayfair.

Do you provide 3D container cubing layouts prior to loading?

Yes. Our logistics team utilizes loading optimization software to provide a precise 3D loading blueprint, ensuring zero wasted space in your container.

Can you handle shipping logistics to my destination port?

We primarily quote FOB Ningbo or FOB Shanghai, but we can arrange competitive CFR or CIF shipping terms through our contracted global freight forwarders.
